REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS:

Delegate registration fee will include all conference documentation and attendance at all sessions on 8th, 9th & 10th September 2017. One welcome reception on rst day, lunch and coffee/tea on each conference day (where applicable)

** Associate delegates registration fee will include lunch and coffee/tea on each conference day (where applicable) & one welcome reception. The accompanying person must travel with a delegate attending the conference.

Children above 10 years will be considered as associate delegates.

In the event there is short fall of the payment received for registration, the secretariat will collect the balance payment at the time of registering at the conference venue.

Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation is permitted upto 15 July 2017 and 50% of the registration fee would be deducted.

Refund of the registration fee will be made only against written request submitted to the conference secretariat. We regret that kits cannot be guaranteed for spot registrants.
